Description
GT 6894 Asphalt Bleedblocker & All-Purpose Acrylic Primer is a polymer emulsion resin that can be used to saturate and adhere polyester fabrics in the construction of reinforced, fluid-applied silicone roof membrane.
GT 6894 is recommended as an adhesion promoter and bleed-blocking primer for GT’s silicone roof coatings and may be used on EPDM, PVC, Hypalon, concrete, modified bitumen, and asphalt BUR roofs. The coating is light yellow and darkens to an amber color as it cures indicating the surface’s readiness for applying a topcoat. The color can also assist the applicator by easily showing any missed areas that can lead to roofing failure.
